the room was super clean and cozy. the location is excellent. breakfast was great too. customer service was prompt and helpful.

the bathrooms seemed a bit dated to me. i think there could have been more attention to detail in the bathroom. the price was a little high.

I stayed in a premium double room. the location was very central and convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. i appreciated the proximity to restaurants and shops.

the staff were very cute and helpful . the room was spacious and clean i had a great stay. i visited the rooftop bar the views were excellent from up there. the hotel is centrally located for shopping and sightseeing.

the elevators were quite small and sometimes slow to arrive

i really enjoyed the rooftop bar. the views of the city are very nice. the staff at the bar were also very friendly and quick! i tried several cocktails and they were delicious, definitely coming back to enjoy that!

rooftop noise poor cleaning

The rooftop bar was quite noisy at night. i could hear music until late, annoying. also, the cleaning wasn't great. There were hairs in the bathroom. yikes!!!

peeling wallpaper humming noise

the rooftop bar had a decent view, i suppose.

the room felt cramped. there was also some weird humming noise at night that kept me awake. maintenance seemed lacking, i notice peeling wallpaper and a stain on the carpet.
